The new Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana DR is now open for reservations.
And they say they are on schedule for the Sept 01 opening.
Right now the pricing is kind of high for a resort opening,
but we expect the rates to drop over the next few months as they test their pricing.
Also, airfare has been abnormally high …… There may be an ‘Air Credit’ in the wings.
